Trauma Inform is led by Frederique Lambrakis-Haddad

 

For the past 20 years Frederique has worked as a therapist working with vulnerable children, young adults and the staff working with them.  She has a deep knowledge on how to work with people with complex emotional needs. She has seen how minimal adaptations to trauma and stress can enhance effectiveness significantly.

 

For more than 10 years, Frederique has been a member of a senior leadership team and has given her significant experience around the pragmatic constraints which organisations face and the frameworks within which they frequently need to operate.

 

You can be sure that shifts recommended by her will be pragmatic and solution-focused.

 

Frederique is also very much of a team player and team builder. She knows how to help groups build on their strengths and she has assembled her own team to support your needs.
